Quotes and payment
Prices, payment methods, and milestones are stated in the quotation or invoice. Paid work begins after acceptance and payment of any agreed deposit. Estimates are not final unless confirmed in writing.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide information and content they have rights to use, and supply required feedback and access in a timely manner. Delays or changes may affect timing and cost.
Reviews and delivery
The agreement defines revisions, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. Out-of-scope requests may require an additional quote. Rights to paid deliverables are governed by the agreement and applicable payment terms.
Third parties
Projects may rely on hosting, APIs, or other third-party services subject to their own terms and availability.
Liability
We use reasonable professional care but do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes or uninterrupted operation. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
